Is it possible for Ugandans to obtain a tourist visa for UAE now?

1. Application process: 

Ugandans can apply online via approved UAE Visa Services for a tourist visa. If you make your reservation with them, airlines such as Etihad or Emirates also assist with processing visas.

2. Required Documents:

• Valid passport (with at least 6 months validity from the date of entry)
• Passport-sized photos
• Confirmed return flight
• Proof of accommodation (hotel booking or a letter from a host)
• Financial proof (bank statements may be required in some cases).

3. Types of Tourist Visas:

• 30-day & 60-day single-entry visa: For short stays, with the possibility of extension.
• 90-day single-entry visa: For longer tourist visits.

4. Visa Processing Time: 

Depending on the platform and kind of visa, Ugandans might expect to wait 2 to 5 working days to receive their UAE tourist visa.
