What happens if i cancel my application process?

We understand that travel plans can change, and we are always happy to assist you. If you wish to cancel your visa application, please contact our support team as soon as possible and check the current status of your application.

There are two possible situations:

• If your visa application has already been processed or is currently being processed: Unfortunately, it can no longer be canceled or refunded.
• If your visa application has not yet entered the processing stage: You may be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.

Please note: You can track the status of your application through the confirmation emails sent to your registered email address.
