If you spot any flaw, including misspelling your name or incorrect birthdate, contact us as soon as possible for a solution. The following list is what you need to check carefully:

• Your full name, as shown in your passport
• Your application ID
• Your passport number
• Your visa number
• Your nationality
• The period the e-Visa is valid for

Be careful: surname and given name are miscellaneous. You need to make sure that these elements are in right position.
