In general, Arab cuisine is about rice, meat, and fish. People in the UAE are keen on grilled dishes, and in the Guinness book, there is a grilled dish from the UAE that is considered one of the most massive dishes ever: Camel stuffed. It is a whole camel that is empty inside so people will knead many things into that camel: lambs, chicken, boiled eggs, rice, and so on. This dish is regularly served at traditional Arab weddings.
